What market data do you use?
Paid reports (Starter+) use RentCast for real-time sales data including DOM, listing counts, and price history. Free reports use US Census Bureau (ACS) data. Both tiers also include FRED mortgage rates, WalkScore, and FBI crime statistics.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing.
